Paul founded Korio Search in late 2024 having spent over 18 years in the Executive Search industry. He has extensive experience of delivering bespoke CFO,

Senior Finance and Leadership searches across a vast array of sectors including Healthcare, Medical Devices, FMCG, Media, SaaS and Technology.

Paul specialises in quality over quantity with a focus

on truly understanding a client's needs and building a partnership. He is an open communicator and solution-focused. His experience working with Corporate, PE and growth clients has given him in-depth insights into why a candidate will be the right fit for the stage and scale of a business.
